Who are AIIncomeHub programmes designed for?

Our programmes are designed for working professionals in Singapore — analysts, managers, operations staff, team leads and transformation professionals — who want structured AI capability without requiring a technical or programming background. Foundations and Practitioner pathways are suitable for individual contributors; the Strategist pathway is designed for those leading teams or planning organisational AI adoption.

Do I need prior technical experience or programming skills?

No. Our Foundations and Practitioner programmes assume no prior coding experience. You should be comfortable using everyday productivity software — e-mail, documents, spreadsheets and web browsers — and willing to practise with generative AI tools during guided exercises. Strategist programmes assume managerial or team-lead responsibilities rather than technical expertise.

What learning formats are available?

We offer four formats: self-paced modules for flexible study, live cohort sessions with facilitators and peers, workshop intensives (half-day or full-day) and mentored projects with structured check-ins. Corporate Team Hub programmes can combine formats based on your organisation's requirements. See our programmes page for details on each pathway.

Are sessions held in person or online?

Both. Live cohort sessions run at our Ayer Rajah Crescent hub in one-north and via secure video for remote participants. Self-paced modules are fully online. Workshop intensives are typically in person at our hub, though remote delivery is available for corporate groups. Cohort schedules are published quarterly on our website and shared during the enrolment process.

How do I enrol in a programme?

Submit a programme enquiry through our contact form, specifying the course or pathway you are interested in. Our team will confirm availability, upcoming cohort dates and the applicable fee for your chosen format. Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and completion of any pre-session orientation materials.

What are the indicative programme fees?

Fees vary by pathway and format. Foundations Hub courses range from approximately S$320 to S$920. Practitioner Hub courses range from S$480 to S$2,480. Strategist Hub courses range from S$1,280 to S$4,900. Corporate Team Hub programmes start from S$8,500 depending on scope, duration and participant count. All fees are in Singapore dollars and cover education and training only.

Do you offer corporate or in-house training?

Yes. Our Team Hub programme (AIH-400) delivers customised content for organisations with eight or more participants. We tailor the syllabus to your industry context, existing tool stack and internal governance policies. Delivery can be at your premises or at our one-north hub. Contact us with your team size and objectives to request a proposal.

What certification do I receive upon completion?

Participants receive a completion record documenting the programme attended, dates and skills covered. We do not claim external accreditation unless explicitly stated for a specific cohort partnership. Our focus is practical capability you can demonstrate in your role, not credential collection. Completion records are issued upon satisfactory participation in required sessions and assignments.

How do you handle personal data under the PDPA?

We comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012. Personal data collected through enquiry forms and programme enrolment is used solely for responding to enquiries, managing programme delivery and related administrative purposes. What is your AI disclaimer?

The AI tools and techniques taught in our programmes assist professional workflows and decision-making. They do not replace specialist professional advice (medical, legal, financial, regulatory). Outputs of AI systems can be inaccurate, biased or incomplete and should always be reviewed by a qualified human before use in business decisions or external communications.

Do you guarantee career advancement or income changes?

No. AIIncomeHub provides professional education and skills training. We do not guarantee employment, promotions, income changes or specific financial outcomes. Career and business results depend on individual effort, prior experience, role context, organisational policies and market conditions — factors entirely outside our control. Our programmes teach capability; outcomes vary by how you apply what you learn.
