These Terms govern access to and use of aiincomehub.one and the related services offered by AIIncomeHub Pte. Ltd. By browsing the hub you confirm that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, please refrain from using the hub.

2. Purpose of the hub

The hub publishes information about professional AI training programmes and lets visitors raise enquiries through a contact form and policy pages. There is no automated payment flow, online checkout or self-service enrolment. Any engagement begins with an enquiry, develops through discussion and proposal, and is formalised in a separate signed agreement where applicable.

3. Accepting the Terms

Use of aiincomehub.one signals that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms together with our Privacy Notice. We may update the Terms periodically; if you continue to use the hub after a revision has been published, that use is treated as acceptance of the new version. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page tracks the most recent revision.

4. What the hub offers

AIIncomeHub delivers professional education in AI literacy, prompt engineering, productivity workflows and workforce capability programmes. Everything on this site is general in nature. Programme descriptions, sample fees and schedules can change and are confirmed within formal proposals or enrolment documents. Nothing on aiincomehub.one constitutes a binding offer until we confirm it in writing.

5. From enquiry to engagement

Working with the hub typically follows this path:

• You raise an enquiry via the contact form, e-mail or phone.
• We reply with relevant programme information, syllabus material and cohort timing.
• For corporate or custom work, we provide a written proposal covering scope, deliverables, duration and fees.
• Once both sides agree, a separate training agreement is signed.
• Payment terms are set out in that agreement, never on this website.

Submitting an enquiry does not create any contractual obligation to enrol.

6. Fees

Fee figures shown on this hub are indicative ranges in Singapore dollars. Final pricing depends on the programme chosen, the delivery format (live, hybrid, self-paced or in-house), group size and any tailoring required. Goods and Services Tax (GST) applies where relevant under Singapore rules. The final amount is confirmed inside a formal quotation or training agreement. AIIncomeHub may adjust published reference fees on reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual property

All text, imagery, branding, programme materials, structures, prompt libraries and identifiers on this site belong to AIIncomeHub Pte. Ltd. or to its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Reproduction, redistribution, modification or derivative works are not allowed without prior written permission. Materials shared with enrolled participants are licensed strictly for personal or internal organisational use; they may not be resold or republished.

8. Disclaimer of warranties and liability

Content on aiincomehub.one is made available on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose or non-infringement. We do our best to keep the hub accurate and current but we cannot warrant that it will be complete, free of errors or always available. Real-world outcomes from applying the techniques covered in our programmes depend on each learner's situation, choice of tools and operational context. To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, AIIncomeHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of this hub or participation in our programmes.

9. AI disclaimer

AI platforms and prompting techniques presented across the hub are tools that support, but never replace, professional judgement. The value extracted from these tools is shaped by the quality of inputs supplied, the specific context of each use case, and the rigour of the human review that follows. We give no warranty over particular outputs. Nothing on this hub constitutes medical, legal, financial or regulatory advice — for those matters, please consult an appropriately qualified specialist. AI outputs can be inaccurate, biased or incomplete and should always be reviewed by a competent human before they are acted upon in professional settings.

10. Income and earnings disclaimer

AIIncomeHub provides training, not earnings. We do not guarantee employment, promotion, a pay rise, new clients, additional revenue, or any other financial result. Career-relevant examples referenced anywhere on the hub are illustrative; what each professional achieves depends on their role, organisation, sector dynamics and personal effort. No participant should enrol in our programmes expecting a defined monetary return. The hub name uses "Income" in the sense of professional value and market relevance — not as a promise of monetary income.

11. Confidentiality

Personal data submitted via the hub is handled in line with our Privacy Notice and the PDPA. We treat enquiry content and any cohort-related information as confidential and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. Participants in our programmes may encounter anonymised case examples and are expected to treat those examples with the same confidentiality.

12. Cookies

Cookies and equivalent storage used on this hub are described in our Cookie Notice. By using aiincomehub.one you acknowledge that essential cookies are used for basic functionality and that any optional analytics require explicit consent through the cookie banner.

13. Updates to these Terms

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by, and to be construed under, the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Disputes connected to these Terms or to the use of aiincomehub.one are subject solely to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.

15. PDPA observance

AIIncomeHub processes personal data in compliance with the PDPA. Your rights of access, correction and withdrawal of consent are detailed in our Privacy Notice. If you feel we have not met our obligations, you may escalate the matter to the Personal Data Protection Commission via www.pdpc.gov.sg.
