Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This Privacy Notice sets out how AIIncomeHub Pte. Ltd. ("the hub", "we" or "our") gathers, applies, discloses and safeguards personal data collected through aiincomehub.one, our contact forms and any direct communication concerning our AI training services. The hub is operated in alignment with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA") of Singapore and the related advisory guidelines published by the Personal Data Protection Commission ("PDPC").
1. Who controls your data
The organisation that controls your personal data is:
AIIncomeHub Pte. Ltd.
UEN: 202036841R
Registered office: 79 Ayer Rajah Crescent, #04-12, Singapore 139955
General enquiries: [email protected]
Data protection point of contact: [email protected]
Questions about this Notice or about the exercise of your PDPA rights should be addressed to the data protection contact above.
2. Categories of data collected
Depending on the way you engage with the hub, we may handle the following information:
- Identifier data: your name, e-mail, phone number, organisation name and job title.
- Enquiry context: the programme you are interested in, anticipated team size, indicative budget band and the body of any message you submit.
- Technical signals: IP address, browser fingerprint, device family, pages visited and referring URL — captured by essential cookies, plus analytics cookies if you opt in.
- Correspondence history: records of e-mail threads, calls and meeting notes connected to your enquiry or enrolment.
- Learning records: if you join a programme, attendance, completed assignments and feedback submitted during or after the cohort.
The hub does not seek sensitive categories of data (such as health, religion, financial account numbers or government IDs) through the website. Please refrain from sharing such information via the contact form.
3. Why we use the data
Personal data is processed to:
- Reply to your enquiries and share programme information you have asked for.
- Operate cohorts: enrolment, scheduling, delivery and post-cohort follow-up.
- Send administrative communication tied to your participation.
- Refine our content and services based on aggregated patterns — only where you have accepted analytics cookies.
- Discharge our legal duties and respond to lawful requests from Singapore authorities.
- Keep accounting, tax and other records that the law requires us to retain.
Should we wish to use your data for any purpose outside the list above, we will notify you first and, where the PDPA requires, obtain your fresh consent before doing so.
4. PDPA grounds for processing
Our processing is grounded in the following PDPA bases:
- Express consent (s.13): the consent checkbox on our contact form. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected], though withdrawal may interrupt our ability to continue serving you.
- Deemed consent through voluntary provision (s.15): when you actively hand over data for an obvious related purpose — for example, providing your e-mail to request a syllabus.
- Deemed consent through notification (s.15A): where we describe the intended purpose and you do not opt out.
- Legitimate interest: activities such as website security and fraud prevention, balanced against your rights.
- Legal duty: processing necessary for compliance with Singapore law.
5. Recipients of personal data
Personal data collected through the hub is never sold, rented or traded to outside organisations for marketing purposes. Where strictly necessary we may share data with the following categories of recipient:
- Hosting and infrastructure partners: reputable cloud providers that operate our website and mail systems under data processing agreements.
- Business mail services: standard professional mail platforms used for replying to enquiries and managing cohort communications.
- Trusted advisers: auditors or external counsel under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities: when compelled by Singapore law, a court order or a lawful request.
Any external partner that handles personal data on our behalf is contractually bound to protect that data to a standard equivalent to PDPA expectations and to use it only for the purposes we specify.
6. Transfers outside Singapore
Day-to-day processing happens in Singapore. When data must move to systems located in other jurisdictions (typically cloud hosting infrastructure), we ensure such transfers satisfy the PDPA obligations in sections 26 and 26A — either through recipient countries that offer a comparable standard of protection, or through binding contractual safeguards. Details about any specific transfer arrangement can be requested at [email protected].
7. How long data is retained
We hold personal data only for as long as the original purpose requires:
- Enquiry records: up to 24 months following the last interaction, unless you enrol or ask us to delete earlier.
- Cohort records: up to 36 months after a programme ends, to verify completion and support alumni follow-up.
- Cookie consent setting: stored in your browser (localStorage key
hub_cookie_consent) until you clear it or change it. - Server logs: up to 12 months for security monitoring and troubleshooting.
When the retention period elapses, data is securely deleted or anonymised so it can no longer identify you.
8. The rights you hold under the PDPA
The PDPA gives you, in summary, the following rights over your personal data:
- Access: obtain a copy of what we hold and a record of how it has been used in the past year.
- Correction: ask us to fix anything that is wrong or incomplete.
- Withdrawal of consent: end any consent-based processing going forward; activity that took place before the withdrawal stays lawful.
- Data portability: where future PDPA developments or PDPC guidance allow, receive your data in a common machine-readable format.
- Complaint: if you feel we have mishandled your data, you may escalate to the PDPC.
Send any request to [email protected]. We aim to respond within 30 days, which is the PDPA's outer limit, and may ask you to confirm your identity before we act.
9. PDPC reference
The Personal Data Protection Commission regulates the PDPA in Singapore. To lodge a complaint about how the hub has dealt with your data, you may consult:
Personal Data Protection Commission
Website: www.pdpc.gov.sg
We would, however, encourage you to reach out to [email protected] first so that we have a fair chance to put things right.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
The hub uses cookies for basic operation and, with your consent, for optional analytics. Essential storage does not require consent because it is necessary to deliver the service you request. The full breakdown is in our Cookie Policy.
11. Information security
We apply proportionate technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. These include:
- HTTPS for all browser-to-server communication.
- Need-to-know access controls for personnel handling personal data.
- Periodic review of infrastructure configuration and security practices.
- Routine backups for critical business data.
- Training of staff on data protection and PDPA obligations.
Despite reasonable safeguards, no internet transmission or storage method is entirely immune to risk. We do not claim absolute security, but will notify you and the PDPC of any significant breach as the law requires.
12. Children's data
The hub and its programmes are intended for working professionals. We do not knowingly gather data from anyone under the age of 13. If you suspect a minor has provided data to us, please contact [email protected] so we can delete it without delay.
13. Updates to this Notice
This Notice may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the law or relevant technology. The date at the head of the page records the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted directly on this page and you are encouraged to revisit it periodically.
